Robert,

The vast majority of requests that already have been commented on will
be merged as soon as the repo is approved by the PPMC. Github
thankfully makes merge requests available as a .patch, so that should
make it comparatively simple. I plan on merging the majority of
patches of we have seen thus far that have received positive feedback,
just to clear the backlog. Code residing in the Citrix-repos was a
major roadblocker for us accepting patches, and my apologies to all
inconenienced by this, and hopefully folks will be patient with us
just a few more days longer as we move forward.
