It's only there to assist with the network configuration. We need to know the first hypervisors you are going to add to a brand new zone. From there, we tailor the rest of the wizard. Once the first zone has been created, you can add additional hypervisors separately. If we did not do this, you would end up adding a zone, then configuring the physical network outside of the wizard.
