I am getting the same error when logging into horizon as before:
The final url is
https://openstack.eqiad1.wikimediacloud.org:25000/v3/auth/OS-FEDERATION/websso/openid?origin=https://horizon.wikimedia.org/auth/websso/
The error message is:

message "The request you have made requires authentication."
title "Unauthorized"
I can log into https://idp.wikimedia.org/ and get:
Log In Successful
