I assume you are talking about the amorybot tool. That tool is running several scripts directly on the cron node using jlocal in a way that is against the rules for its use <https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Obsolete:Toolforge/Grid#Creating_a_crontab>. That does have the unfortunate but unavoidable side effect of not being visible to any grid usage tracking tools, since the jobs are not actually being executed on the grid.
