Your "Wikimedia Developer Username" is the username that you have on Wikitech. In your case Roy, that is "RoySmith". There is some more information at https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Thanos on our thanos deployment. One thing that I noticed on that page is that access to this web tool is restricted to folks who are under NDA either by virtue of being employed by the Wikimedia Foundation or as community members who have gone through the https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Volunteer_NDA process.
