I'm getting a 403 forbidden for https://tools.wmflabs.org/enwp10/cgi-bin/pindex.fcgi which redirects to https://enwp10.toolforge.org/cgi-bin/pindex.fcgi
Does this have to do with allowed hosts? What are allowed hosts and where are they configured?
