Looking at the message headers it really seems like this is the <http://www.junkemailfilter.com/spam/> service acting very strangely. It is sending the message as a list subscriber back to the list. It is not respecting the cloud-bounces / labs-l-bounces envelope from that would have been on the triggering message. I have added a "Received: .*junkemailfilter.com" bounce_matching_headers line for the list. Hopefully this will catch similar messages in the future.
