I'm really enjoying https://github.com/magomimmo/modern-cljs. It mostly focuses on the front-end (not sure if you're focusing mostly on back-end or front-end here), but goes into nice detail about ring/compojure as well, and how to share code between a clojure back-end and a clojurescript front-end. It's amazing!
