You seem to be working pretty hard here. Why don't you just do:

(s/def :User/id string?)
(s/def :Credit/id number?)

The keyword qualifier does not have to map to a loaded namespace. (It does 
if you want to use namespace aliases, but that doesn't seem necessary here.)
