I'm a Clojure developer of a few years and work with companies that have adopted or are looking to adopt Clojure into their stack because their site or app has taken off and Ruby/Python's slow speed isn't cutting it anymore. I tend to do fixed sized projects starting at about $10,000. That's a little negotiable, it could be less if you need something super simple or more if you need something more complex!
