bouncer is a validation library for Clojure apps

This fixes pre-existing API inconsistencies. bouncer now works with Clojurescript! - thanks Robin(@Skinney)! Additionally, since this is a breaking change, I bumped the version to 1.0.0 and will be using Semantic Versioning (http://semver.org/) from now on.
