In the interest of getting this public, I did not wait to figure out all the details of the review and editing process before we made the announcement. I am hoping to get a feel for volume and workload as we get going too to inform the process. For the moment, I will serve as the reviewer for all submissions. Rich will serve as editor for the reference portions of the content and I will serve as editor for the rest.
