If you scroll down to near the bottom of the ClojureDocs.org home page, there is a Give Feedback section with a link to where you can create an issue on Github. I'd recommend including browser version numbers in your report, too, just in case.
Have you tried Firefox? I had an issue on ClojureDocs.org when I tried Safari 7.1 that worked just fine with the latest Firefox (32.0.3?).
