you want to pass a closure, not call my-func recursively:

(defn my-func [id]
   (println id )
  (.schedule executor #(my-func (inc id)) 1 TimeUnit/SECONDS))

or

(defn my-func [id]
   (println id )
  (.schedule executor (fn [_] (my-func (inc id))) 1 TimeUnit/SECONDS))
