Thanks for sharing this! I'm in a similar mindset right now, working on a cljs port of a JS WebSocket library (AutoBahnJS) for clj-wamp<http://cljwamp.us> . Examples like these have been very helpful for getting up to speed on ClojureScript and core.async.
