Not sure who approached you, but I've also been approached by a couple of companies in this space and they are essentially scams / not serious publishers. For example, they apparently offer only about 16% royalty to the author, and do essentially no vetting or quality control. The fact that they decided on a title and only then go looking for authors via cold calling and referrals ought to be a warning sign....
