Well, you can't really code in iOS last time I checked. But most of the time it's Linux. Preferably natively.
Why? Because the tools that I need (VI, Erlang, grep, etc.) are all there and I don't have to sit there and think about how to tie them together (not even Cygwin gets rid of this problem.)
