Well, lein-droid should pull in a Clojure that includes the compiler and can compile on Dalvik. You can also explicitly use org.clojure-android/clojure-1.5.1 from Clojars which is the latest release of Clojure/Android that includes the Dalvik-compatible compiler. I think either one of these shoule help you do what you want to do.
