If the link doesn't work, but browsing in general and posting to the list
does, then very likely yes.

IOW, Mayank Jain would presumably have noticed if his attempt to post
saying the link was broken failed, and then trying to google the error
message or something like that failed, and he then reset his network
adapter or whatever and tried again ... and would have tried the link again
first, in case his lost connection had been the cause and not an actual
broken link.
