I'm the founder of my little sw factory (we're 15) and I can't find enough time to make my day by programming. In the last month I did not have the time to write a single line of code (damn!). Being responsive when something I've done does not work in the expected way is just a kantian sense of duty. It follows from having received so much from the clojurean community.
