Simplest way is to either search for org.clojure/clojurescript in Central: http://search.maven.org/#search%7Cga%7C1%7Corg.clojure%2Fclojurescript
or check the name of the latest tag in the repo: https://github.com/clojure/clojurescript/tags (the version string is 0.0-N for tag rN). Also, lein-cljsbuild actually tends to switch to the latest ClojureScript version as default pretty soon after release.
