I wrote an m-lift-fn for clojure.algo.monads that is like m-lift except 
it's a function (well, defined with defmonadfn, anyway). Also does not ask 
for number of arguments.

Any thoughts or comments? (Beyond apparently pull requests not being a way 
to contribute to Clojure contrib projects. Still linking to it because I 
think it shows the changes I made better, but not entirely sure).
