This should be fine. Both EPL and LGPL are weak copyleft. Clojure code does not need to be EPL because EPL does not force it. Likewise, Clojure can call back to this LGPL library because, the LGPL doesn't enforce derivative works as a whole to be LGPL (although modifications to the tawny *would* have to be LGPL, likewise, modified versions of Clojure).
The uber jar is a red herring, I think. It's an aggregation, not a derivative work. The same problem would exist even if I EPL'd the library; it uses the OWL API underneath, and this is LGPL also. If code written in Clojure were affected by the EPL, then it would have been a fairly poor choice of license, I feel.
