There is a port of Clojure to the CLR, the runtime used by .NET - https://github.com/clojure/clojure-clr
I don't do Windows, so I'm not sure if there are any limitations re using it for Metro, Windows RT, etc. To th best of my knowledge, there is no Obj-C port of Clojure, so I think iOS is out of the question at this time, but I could be wrong.
