How would you fire up a swank server from the REPL? I'm using the Maven and the clojure-maven-plugin, which has no (yet) goal for ritz or ritz-swank. But if I could just fire up a REPL and start the swank server there, that would help for the time being. Also: the Zi maven plugin has not catched up with ritz 0.4.0.
