Here's one more idea but I'm not quite sure how to implement it so if anyone can confirm that it is doable then it would be nice to have this idea on the GSoC list.
Clojure already has a set of benchmarks to test its performance but the data is not so easy to get for an common Clojure user (you need to download benchmarks, run it etc.). Things would be much more convenient if these benchmarks were run on each Clojure build in Hudson. This way everyone could easily track the performance enhancements and lapses following each commit.
