Haven't tested, but seems like this should get you started with korma:

lein:

[korma "0.2.1"]
[sqlitejdbc "0.5.6"]

korma [1]:

(defdb mydb {:classname "org.sqlite.JDBC"
                    :subprotocol "sqlite"
                    :subname "db/mydb.sqlite3"})        ;; Location of the db
