Are these two related? https://github.com/jandot/bioclojure
https://github.com/jayunit100/BioClojure What exactly are you trying to make---a set of libraries or starter- kit for Incanter on bioinformatics problems? I've found it much easier to write code towards solving a concrete problem and factoring it apart into a library afterwards, rather than building a toolkit without a particular focus. If your group has a specific problem, I'd love to hear about it.
