If I'd known of *any*where else where I could report this experience and it would have been more on topic, I'd have posted it there. But I didn't, and I still don't. Indeed, mostly I was asking if any of you knew of such a place. Google Groups used to have a postable support forum but it seems to have mysteriously disappeared sometime in the last year or so.
