Thank you for your responses. I wrote a prototype for a BDD / "Given When Then" extension for Lazytest yesterday. Today I'm going to write some integration tests with it. Along the way I'm going to try to improve the API. If the extension is useful afterwards, I'm going to make this stuff available as open source project on GitHub.
