In section 5.2.6:

"A MapEntry is its own type and has two functions for retrieving its
contents: key and
val, which do exactly the same thing as (nth my-map 0) and (nth my-map
1), respectively."

Er, unclear at best. I think (nth my-map-entry x) would be better.
Calling nth on a map throws an exception.
