Hi, Ok. I understand the problem now.
Things work as expected. You get the output in one go, because Vim waits for the command to complete. There is no polling going on. This is an intrinsic limitation of Vim. You either have to use something different like slimv. Or start a Repl in an external console. There you can start the nailgun server manually.
