hey, did it fail to install or was it just a warning? you can check if it installed with M-x package-list-packages and seeing if it is in the installed list (should be at the bottom of the buffer marked as installed). you get quite a lot of warnings with some of those packages on install but they're usually not a problem.
try restarting emacs and opening a clojure file and if 'Clojure' is in your mode bar then it is all good...
