BTW, when you're done, it would be great if you could post a report about your experience using JGraphT from Clojure. I've been thinking a lot lately about what an ideal graph library would look like in pure Clojure, and it would be interesting to hear how easy/hard it already is to use an existing Java graph library like JGraphT.
