Ahhh, I hadn't realised that the pwd got added... I was thinking that the . was referring to ~/.cljr... obviously having it refer to the pwd makes much more sense! I've re-installed and it works; thanks for fixing it! On that topic, what is the suggested/recommended way for updating cljr? I nuked ~/.cljr, downloaded the installer again and ran it.... but I was wondering it might be possible to update using lein (or a cljr command).
