I noticed that (def z (let [d 3] (fn [] d))) (eval `(identity ~z))
fails and raises java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError while (def y (fn [] 3)) (eval `(identity ~y)) works properly. Is there some rule about evaluating closures I'm missing here?
