Per Alex Osborne's reference to BigInteger constructors, here's a
random BigInteger function:
(defn rand-bigint [#^BigInteger bign, #^Random rnd]
(let [bits (inc (.bitLength bign))
bigr (BigInteger. bits rnd)]
(-> bign (.multiply bigr) (.shiftRight bits))))
