I wrote a small Ant plugin for building Clojure projects that broke after 1.0 because of the change to RT.USE_CONTEXT_CLASSLOADER because of some tricky interactions with how Ant's ClassLoader loads Clojure. Unfortunately, I haven't had the time or need to look into it more than I already have, but I know some people would be interested in a solution, which I'd be happy to get in if found.
