I've tested this on three machines (two linux, one OSX), but it strikes me that they all run maven 2.0.9; I haven't tested running any previous (or later) versions at all. If you are really anxious the get going, you could download the source from github, then run 'mvn install' to install it locally. Then you should be all set; try invoking it with the qualified name 'mvn nu.mulli:clojureshell-maven-plugin:repl' to see if it's working.
