If you're talking about Clojure maps, I'm not sure I understand you:  
you can destructure the values you receive in doseq (or anywhere else,  
such as the map function) --

user=> (doseq [[k v] {:foo 5 :bar 6}] (println k v))
:foo 5
:bar 6

Is that what you want?
