No, it's not, whatsoever. Not when the site is not hosted on its own dedicated server. Unfortunately, those cost money and Clojure is a mostly self-funded effort, so I don't think it's high on the priority list. Personally, I've never seen the site down, so I don't think there's really much of a problem. It's good to keep an eye on security issues, but, fortunately, there isn't one here.
