The problem is, that you don't have the clojure.jar in your Classpath...
CLASSPATH=/home/notfonk/Documents/programmation/clojure/clojure/ clojure.rar:/home/notfonk/Documents/programmation/clojure/clojure/clj- contrib/clojure-contrib.jar:/home/notfonk/.vim/vimclojure.jar the paths are all right
... which is probably due to this typo! Note clojure.*r*ar vs. clojure.*j*ar
