Arthur! By the way, I must notice that Protege exists in two flavors: Protege-frames and Protege-OWL. Protege-frames historically precedes Protege-OWL. Protege-OWL theoretically is more powerful, but from practical point of view Protege-frames has more comprehensive application area (not only my opinion). So, I develop this variant of Protege.
