clj-refactor.el is an Emacs package for Clojure and ClojureScript refactorings <https://github.com/clojure-emacs/clj-refactor.el/wiki> while refactor-nrepl is an editor agnostic nrepl middleware backend supporting refactoring features in your editor of choice. As the project is maturing this release contains loads of bug fixes, eliminates some dependencies and pushes some features upstream to clojure mode <https://github.com/clojure-emacs/clojure-mode> to reach a wider audience and lean on a bigger developer team.
