I assume that the name "Clojure" is taken from the word "closure", replacing the "s" with a "j" for Java. I've never seen that in writing though and my curiosity compels me to have this verified. Is that right?
Also, is it pronounced it is spelled or is it pronounced the same as "closure"? I did find a post that said it's pronounced like "closure", but I've always pronounced it the way it is spelled. -- R.
