Some Apache projects (Struts 2, for example) use Confluence, and they have an 
open source license option. I have some issues with the wiki software itself, 
but it's workable.

Wiki contributors must file a CLA (a contributor's license agreement) since the 
wiki is exported and shipped in the distro under the ASL (apache license), and 
it helps to weed out the chaff--I'm actually not in favor of completely 
unrestricted access to the wiki.
