This cell namespace was pasted the other day in IRC:
http://paste.lisp.org/display/66688 (also some Java code:
http://paste.lisp.org/display/66689). I'm not sure if it's the same as the
CL Cells, but it does have to do with dependencies and updates and it uses
Clojure transactions.
