What is the protocol to flag one JDK ticket as a duplicate of another?
This ticket <https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-4851378> appears to be a duplicate of the ticket addressed in this PR <https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/pull/6227> a few years ago.
