Repeat is built in
Playlist>Repeat Mode>Repeat Playlist
or
Add a unique identifier as a grouping or comment, so you can build a 
smartplaylist from your playlist
Open the playlist, select all > right click > > edit track information > 
comment > PL1
new smartplaylist > comment equals PL1
