i used redhat 6 in my beginning of my experience with precompiled problems :)
updated to redhat 7, and wanted to upgrade to redhat 8, but to no avail, too much missed
Will 0.103.x will it still be able to use any *.cvd files generated after it's " NO MORE DOWNLOADS ALLOWED" date, (per the EOL FAQ)
freshclam is not versions specific, so you should get newest cvd still, but clamav does not understand all signatures, so you miss many virus mailvare based on this :/
time to upgrade
Or are the cvd files version specific and thus no cvd updates, from any version, will work for 0.103.x at all after that date.
i do not use default signatures anymore, only 3dr party from sanesecurity
